I called several companies for estimates and this company was the most reasonable. The receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions. She made the appointment then called the day before to confirm. Two guys showed up to do the job. They worked together well and got the job done quickly. I had some spots that were especially dirty and they were able to get them all out. I was very happy with the whole experience. I had 3 rooms done for $75.00.

I won't call them again. There was a spot that I had some trouble with and I asked them to see what they could do about putting some extra effort in there and they just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Usually any carpet cleaner I got in here would try to do something. They did not put any pads underneath the furniture and just got done cleaning the carpet and were walking across it with their boots without anything on it. The pricing was good.

I had just tried them once, but I never called them back. They charged me around a hundred and forty or a hundred and sixty because they claimed with it being their first time, it had to be more, but to be fair to them and if that is what their policy is to initially charge the extra and I think it would have been cheaper the second and third time around, but I just thought that it was too high. I did not call them back because they had a hard time keeping the appointment, they had to move it a couple of times and the job that was done was just okay, it wasn't anything great. Their responsiveness was not good because there was such a mix up with trying to get the actual appointment on their own.

They have reasonable price, do a good professional job and help me out with the questions on how to keep it clean in future. They came right on time.
