We signed a contract with them for services due to the low cost. They stated that after the contract was over our price of services would increase a small amount like $20, however each month the price kept increasing and after increasing to over $100 we cancelled. We DID contact them numerous times explaining the situation and even tried to decrease our programming but they would only take off our bill a minimum amount and we cancelled the service and went to the local phone company for a service packet.

This company runs a monopoly in the area. Aside from Consolidated communications and some satellite internet providers-they are it. They have the best speeds but you are going to pay steep prices. You get charged extra if you only have their internet service. If there was another option, I would take it.

We were new to the area. Never had cable internet or tv. My advice is to wait, do your homework, ask your neighbours and off course check out Angies list!

I spend way too much on the service. It's one of those things where we can bundle everything together like TV, phone and Internet. I don't do my TV anymore; I had to get rid of the cable, because it was so bad. But there are no other service providers that offer hi-speed Internet around here; it's a small town. If I had a choice, I would not use them. I have to use them because there is no other place for me to go to get the hi-speed Internet.
