Our A/C went out Thursday evening. Friday morning I went into Angie's list, looked at the reviews and decided to call H&W. I called about 8:30am. The man who answered the phone said that he had a tech out on a job; he would call him to see how that was going and probably have him over sometime this morning; he would check and call back. A few minutes later the tech called and asked if it would be OK to arrive in about a half hour. Yes! He came over and was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the 22 year old AC unit as being in very good shape overall. It just needed a new fan motor. He had us up and running before 11:00 am. Couldn't be happier. Will now do seasonal checkups on heating and air with H&W.

Couldn't be happier. Waylon was very professional. He found the problem very quickly and corrected it. We will definitely use them again.
