Apartments
They generally didn't follow through with any repairs over a 2 year period. They made up ridiculous charges for appliances and carpet that they didn't even replace. Apartments were not clean when we moved in, but despite immaculate cleaning they charged for several hours of cleanup. Generally a poor and unscrupulous rental company.
