I had a few small jobs for Chris and he was a nightmare dealing with... he simply told me that he would take care of it, took my money and then stopped returning phone calls. He owes me around $380. I do not recommend going to him. he will take your money, he is dishonest and unreliable. Untrustworthy to say the least , do not spend money with this person.

Chris did an excellent job, was very conscientious in his work and power washed the steps until he was satisfied with the result. The building is over 100 years old and there was layers and layers of paint and patching that needed to come off, he power washed for two days before he painted. I am very satisfied with his work, and plan on working with him again.
