House Cleaning
I called and set a time for Letty to come to our condo to give us an estimate on a deep cleaning job in the kitchen and bathroom. No one from the company showed up and no one even called to say they weren't coming or to give a reason why they didn't show up. When I called the next day to reschedule, the phone rang and rang with no answer. Finally a message did come on, but it was in Polish (I believe) with no English translation. I tried twice with the same results. Needless to say, I gave up and looked for someone else.
