Mr, Haan was recommended to us by a friend. We hired him for a number of remodeling projects. First of all, he was not punctual. He came late and left early. He seemed to have many other jobs he had to leave to work on. Some of the work he did turned out fine. We particularly like the banister and the wood work. He installed a stone back splash in our kitchen very meticulously. However, he didn't seal the stone before he grouted it, and the stone color changed from gray to tope. He installed a new front door and sidelights, but the door handle was difficult to open without using two hands. As it turns out, he had purchased a relatively cheap one considering how much he charged us for materials. Although the woodwork looked fine, it was not totally sanded smooth. We were told he would return to remedy these problems, but he refused to return our calls to set up another time. We even asked him for some information that we requested he text us, and he wouldn't even do that. All this resulted in our having to hire another company to fix his mistakes.
