We at Twin City Movers have been providing moving services for 25 years. We aren’t the biggest moving company in Champaign-Urbana, but we stand as one of the best. We are members of the BBB and have a great business rating with them. We excel at doing a good job in moving but more importantly we do it at the most reasonable price. Moving Company was very flexible -- allowing us to choose what we pack, what they pack and what we leave up to the moving day. Movers were very professional -- There was no meaningful damage. Packing took one day and unpacking took one day, with everything going to the right place. Very courteous and hard working -- staying late to finish unpacking.

Very well. This was a site unseen move. Randy explain what all of the charges would be and the various conditions that would increase the price. He was vary clear about pricing. We agreed on terms, a date and kept in telephone contact for 3-4 weeks until the actual moving date. His team of three arrived within the expected window of time, they were courteous, friendly and fast. The end price was within the expected range. It was all done in one long day. Very happy with the results. I would hire them again.

The estimate was right on the mark, they gave me suggestions on how to save money (what things made the most sense for me to move, etc.). They damaged nothing, they were friendly but respectful. They protected the floor, they didn't mark or ding anything. They worked hard and never lost patience and at the end asked if everything was where I wanted it. Would definitely use them again.

Everything went really well from the start. Randy was communicative and thorough in our initial communications and his walk-through of my apartment, and the final charges did not veer from his initial estimate. My stuff arrived safely, and the crew, especially Dan, kept up a great attitude even when hauling the heaviest items to my third storey walk-up on one of the hottest days of the year. It was nice to have a local business provide such excellent service, and I'm recommending them whenever I hear of someone with an upcoming move.

They are a small local company. They made me really feel I was going to be taken care of. They treat you individual and give individualized care. They had a fee that was on the estimate and because they initially didn't tell me about the fee, they didn't charge me for that, but charged me what they had estimated for me.
