They did a fantastic job. This was the first time the car had been washed since the winter plus it had dog hair in it. The car now looks like new. They are a very kind and considerate group of people that work there. . ..
Remarks: The reason that I only paid $14.00 was for the interior. For the exterior, I had a News-Gazette Deal of the Day Coupon that I had previously purchased through the News-Gazette. I do not remember what I paid for the coupon.

I use this car wash frequently. I drive a handicapped converted van and drive it from my wheelchair. For me, sticking with a service business that knows how to work around my wheelchair and the adaptive equipment in my van is always a plus. The management at TRIPLE T CAR WASH know me and work with me very well. The employee turnover in a car is usually high. Still I manage to drive through the line of workers very well. Whenever necessary, watchful managers will work with non-English speaking workers to help them understand what special instructions I can’t communicate about vacuuming around me or how to clean the tracks around the fold-out ramp. It just works very well.
I have never gotten my oil changed there but the car wash services are very good.

Wen to Triple T for a car wash and to have the interior cleaned and vacuumed. Was happy with the car wash part. After gone through the car wash, they kept pointing for me to continue on but didn't tell me where to stop. Not very organized. Had to wait for the interior part to be done and when they got to me I had to get out and wait outside in the sun and it was a hot day. When they finally finished with the vacuuming and cleaning inside, I was called over and to find carmats that were not mine on the floor. The kid said that he was told they were mine as he took them out. When he took out the one from the passenger side, there was a huge grease stain on my tan carpeting. And when I got home, I found areas that were not cleaned on the exterior. Was not happy with the work they did. If I go there again, I will definitely do a complete inspection before tipping the kids.

They had the nerve to show me a very dirty air filter that wasn't even from my car. I noticed this when I went to change my own filter, and it was the wrong color. Very disappointing!
