I knew that the front windshield wiper blade needed replacement as it had begun to separate from the metal assembly of which it is a part. I also knew that the left rear parking light was inoperative.
 When the vehicle sits still for about 48 hours, the battery is discharged to the point that the use of jumper cables is required to carry power from another charged battery in order to start the engine. I informed the facility of the electrical problem but did not inform it of the wiper blade and light difficulties.
 I was charged $125 an hour for the service work which declared my Mercedes to be in fine shape. No parts were changed.
 However, no evidence of the battery problem being dealt with was reported. In fact, the report claimed that the system is normal and required no servicing. In addition, the report stated that the windshield wiper was in good condition and the lights we all operating.
Now, I wonder if the $30 tire rotation was actually done.
Nice as the people I met are, I can't recommend the outfit. Find an honest shop.

They are always prompt and professional. Rarely have delays except to order a part. They do almost all the work on our older vehicles and have kept them running for years. Sometimes feels like a little higher in price but they stand behind the work and great customer service.

The service department has been very friendly and helpful. They get the work done in the time that they say they will or they are in communication with me. They take me to the place where my car is being serviced and pick me up. They have a waiting area with comfortable couches and T.V which adds to the customer service.

It went perfectly. Sullivan's is always very prompt, gives me an appt when I need one, gives me a ride to work, and there are never any surprizes with the bill.

They do great work.

I try to avoid coming here because they are pretty expensive. They are very professional though. They have some good mechanics working there. They really zero in on things to get them fixed.

They're always available when I have emergencies and they make you feel very comfortable. You already know what to do when they get there, as you just sit down and wait. I feel my car is in good hands with them.

They have excellent customer service and are very conscientious to the economic situation of all of their customers. They are very professional and have great follow up. They always do a great job and i will continue to use them in the future.
