Steam Tech

The work was done quickly, completely and thoroughly and by one of the friendliness and honest men in Champaign. We go back with him to the beginning of his business and will definitely continue to utilize and recommend Steam Tech and Jeff forever. Today as I am misplaced to a nursing home from a broker femur, my wife was having problems with our dog ((She must have gotten into something she shouldn’t have)). She called Jeff for appointment and who shows up at the door to check it out but our friend who just got more stars in his crown. That is just Jeff, always caring and always serving. Thanks Jeff. A frustrating situation solved during a crisis just because of a caring man.!!!! The cost was priceless but always good!

I Needed carpet cleaned before moving . Steam Tech CU was great ! Took care of the entry way and restored it to new . I'm pleased with the work and will use again .

Jeff is very professional and does a great job.  Carpets always look wonderful.  He is the only person I will use to clean my carpets.

I cought Jeff just at the right time. He was just finishing up another job and when i explained that i didnt want the carpet to dry, He said he would be here as soon as he could get his equipment into his van. He was here within a half hour, sprayed the carpet with i think 3 different chemicals and proceded to steam clean. The carpwts turned out wonderful. I will definatly use him again and recomend him to others. I have in fact recomended him to a friend of mine the next morning and he is taking care of his house the same day. I wont say he can be this fast with everyone but he sure proved to me it would even be worth a wait if need be to use his service.
