SPEED LUBE OIL CHANGE

Typical full service oil change. Took a bit longer than the advertised 10 minutes since the shop was full when I arrived. Appreciate that they didn't try to sell me on any additional services which you typically get at the big chain express lube places. They may have forgot to check the air pressure in the tires as I had a low pressure indicator come on later in the week (receipt listed that pressure was checked). But they did do a nice job vacuuming the car out which was a bonus.

After going to this business for many years, I had a horrible experience the last time I went. My oil drain screw was cross threaded when it was put back in. Within a few days most of the oil ran out of my engine. I discovered it late at night and had to add 4 quarts of oil to my truck so as not burn up the engine. The next day I took it to a real mechanic and he informed me that whom ever had performed the oil change had not installed the plug correctly. I went back to the store to complain. The manager was very rude and told me he didn't have to do anything for me ( all I wanted was one free oil change). He said because I signed the work order, that only they could fix the problem (even though it happened late at night when they weren't open). I could tell he couldn't care less that I was a regular customer, basically he was an a******. I would warn anyone to stay away from this establishment.
