Large limbs were hanging over my house. Richard came out, gave me a price (which was completely fair), showed up on time and are presently (as we speak) finishing up the job I HIGHLY recommend Houston's work, his price, and his professionalism!

I have used Richard before. If you are willing to be patient and work with his schedule, the price a nd work is excellent. If you want to have the da he nailed down and can t "go with the flow or be flexible, check witth someone else. Other services were two to three times higher.

One tree was snapped in the middle by high winds and was hanging dangerously.  Other tree was overhanging a garage with a brand new roof, overhanging power + cable + phone lines, and overhanging smaller trees that took us 10 years to grow.  Not a single bit of cut wood fell on any of them.  Very skillful.  Reasonable price.  Very recommended.

Richards removed 4 dead trees in our yard and worked around some of the bad weather we had here in the Midwest this winter. Their bid was fair and somewhat below a couple of other bids. They cleaned up the area after the removal.

Richard was very professional. I learned about him from Angie's List and included him in my list of people to get quotes from. His quotes were on par with other tree professionals. I decided to work with him because he could fit me in right away and he could help me with the brush piles (I had received much higher quotes for the brush removal so I was pleased that Richard's quote was more reasonable). He also had some good suggestions for some other work that needs to be done. He offered these suggestions without being pushy and without scaring me about the work. (I've found some people like to create fear that you MUST get something done OR ELSE in order to get you to consider doing work). Richard communicated with me in a reasonable, professional manner which made helped me trust his suggestions). When the weather gets better I plan on calling him again to do some of the work we discussed.
He also responded the same day when I asked for a quote. I did call when the weather was cold so he is probably busier once it gets warmer, but I still appreciated his promptness at returning my call and fitting me in.

He is punctual. His prices are reasonable.

I liked them and there was nothing that I disliked about them. I called them and they cut the tree down within an hour.
