They did a great job of grooming including bathing, nail filing, and hair cut. They did call and said that they found one flea on him and so they would have to give him a flea treatment at an extra cost. I regularly treat him, and have never seen fleas, so not sure if that was really necessary. Other than that, I was pleased with the service, timliness, and professionalism, as well as the overall outcome.

Very happy with services and have now gone to them twice and will go there again.

They have the dog for around 4 hours, which is inconvenient, I know there are shops there but I don't really want to shop for 4 hours! The dog was clean and clipped nicely, but for the second time they didn't trim her claws. They told me I have to take her to the vet for that.

I quit after the second time. It was a hassle and the dog was just not into it. I don't blame that on the trainer; he was absolutely wonderful. It was loud and noisy and there were shoppers going around. A quiet place might have helped but I can't be sure. The trainer was really easy to work with. There were four of us in the class and the trainer was very impressive and the price was reasonable. I was very happy with their end of it. The groomers and everyone that work there are very nice people.

We took our dog to get groomed and they automatically put him in the back in a kennel. We took him in at 4 and didn't get to pick him up until about 8. When we did pick him up his hair was longer than we asked and they didn't even bother to trim his ears which the hair was terribly long. I did ask them to cut his ears and they tried but by that time our dog had seen us and was too excited to sit still long enough for the groomer to trim his ear hair. I was completely disappointed in the cut until we went home. Our dog kept licking his paws and then I realized that they had been and were bleeding from the groomers cutting his nails too close. His pads also were very torn up from whatever they did to his paws.

Tayah needed a haircut very much, and I needed it done quickly. They accommidated me the next day and all went well. The appointment was on time and the promise of completion was earlier than expected.
