MR AUTO BODY INC

I brought my Toyota Sienna van to Mr. Auto Body after having an accident on July 31, 2013.  Mike came out his office to meet me.  He examined the damage which entailed a front bumper and grill, right front fender, lights, etc.  The estimate came to $2,473.  Mike took plenty of time to explain that Mr  Auto Body is a preferred State Farm Insurance vendor and that they use only the vehicle manufacture's OEM parts. He could start work on my van on Monday and that the job would take 4 days to complete.  He would contact my insurance company, which is also State Farm, and get the parts ordered in time for Monday.  Having worked with this repair shop a few years earlier, I felt assured that I wanted Mike to proceed which he did.
The next day I received a phone call from State Farm confirming that everything would be taken care of just as Mike had explained.  
I got my van delivered to me the following Thursday.  It looked and rode as good as the day I first bought it.  i hope never to need Mike's services again but should my car require body work again, I will return to Mr. Auto Body.
