Contacted in the morning; electrician arrived three hours later. The problem was diagnosed as a short in an outlet which was replaced. Great service, very courteous!

Pat Landgraver, of Landgraver Electrical Service, provided excellent service to locate a new photo cell part and replace the failed photocell in a very old yard light.  Pat was also helpful in answering questions regarding future planned replacement of other exterior house light fixtures, and the yard light fixture using the existing post.

I have called upon Pat in the past for other services as well; including bathroom exhaust fan motor replacement, lighting, etc. and he has always been professional and helpful.

Went really well. I had a list of things to do and he started in the morning and didn't leave (other than to get a bite to eat) until it was all done in the late afternoon. He saw me ahead of time and gave me good estimates and ideas. I had a light pole out front that needed replacing as well as an outdoor outlet and a light for the flagpole. I had a light over the front step that was supposedly disconnected when I had new siding put on but he found that it hadn't been. He replaced the light housing as it was old. He then checked a couple of switches in the house that were not working properly. I also had a new kitchen put in a couple of years ago and was having an issue of the microwave causing the circuit breaker to trip. He ran a new wire and breaker just for it. He was very personable to talk to. I will hire this gentlemen for all my future electrical issues.
One thing is he has taken over business for Witte Electric, so if you call their number you will get him as they have gone out of business.
