I called him early Saturday morning knowing that he would be really busy and might not be able to get to me.  I would have understood because it was very last minute.  I was gone for a few hours early afternoon on Sat. and when I came home everything was done!!!  What a nice surprise.  If I need lawn service he will be my go to guy. If he's available.  Super nice and very professional.

The service provider did return my call in a timely manner, but  will not work with anyone referred by Angie's List. I live in Urbana and he also informed me that their service area is confined to SW Champaign only.

KT removed snow from my property on two occasions. However his services were inconsistent and largely eclipsed by an unstable personality to which I was victim this morning.

"I was out doing snow removal and she called my house 3 times to see when I was coming. Each call got ruder. She said she couldn't believe I didn't call her back and thanks for nothing. I had been out since 5:30 am and I stopped for lunch at 12:30 and that was when I retreived her calls telling me she hired someone else. I am only one person and it takes me about 10 hours to complete my snow removal. She was told that in the beginning. She was not a nice person at all. We had gotten in excess of 7 inches of snow and many businesses were closed."

Super nice guy and came over in 30 minutes after I called him.  He plowed my driveway which was packed with snow since we had been using it since the first snow fall.  He was very careful not to mess up the gravel.  He also plowed my sidewalk and hand shoveled it up to my front steps.  He was very professional and I will keep his number just in case I need him again.  If his yard work is anything like his snow removal he would get an A++ in my book.

It went great and we are very happy.  My normal person uses my mower.  It broke down and the lawn was already very overgrown.  Waiting for the repair was going to become unmanageable.  He called this provider who arrived within a couple of hours and took care of my lawn.
