The estimate was higher than expected, but we negotiated a lower price over the phone. Once the windows were installed he charged my wife more than the agreed price. The windows themselves are fine quality, but the install was messy (broken trim and grease on the couch) and not finished (I had to do some of the caulking). Further, one window was not installed properly and does not lock closed.
