They seemed professional enough, but did recommend changing the pcv valve when it did not need changed, and quoted a price for an air filter that was about twice what it costs in any store. When they vacuumed the car, they did not pick up the floor mats, so they missed most of the dirt. They did seem to have positive attitudes, however, and did not talk down to me like other mechanics have.
