Right around this time they do an annual inspection. They are reasonable because of a maintenance agreement I have with them. They are a neat set up. They are very good. They are coming out the 7th of this month.

Shane was my service person and he is great. He systematically investigated until he found the problem and then fixed it. Shane and Jesse's plumbing have been here several times. He has always fixed the problem and never tries to sell me anything I don't need. He also taught me how to clean my AC coils to increase efficiency.

I had Rich Cooling and Air come out and they could not find the leak on my AC unit. It was running out of the coolant within days. I called them twice and they could not figure it out where the leak was. I only called them since their number was on my furnace. I decided to go with Jesse. Doug came out to diagnose the issue and he was great. He found that the condensing unit was bad. Then Jesse went to get the broken part which cost $1200 dollars for free by calling the company and getting the warranty to replace it. I was thrilled. They came out pretty quickly and now I am waiting on a new fan that Kevin said was bad. They are getting it again under warranty. I highly recommend this company because they are helpful an keep their word. Kevin was great!!!

The furnace stopped turning on. I had just had it repaired for a different problem in November, so was not enthusiastic about spending more money on it. I picked up a new thermostat in hopes that was the problem. It wasn't. I wasn't happy with the service the other repair company provided so I looked on Angie's List and found Jesse, along with a coupon. Their ratings were great so I gave them a try.
They came out within two days (we did have other heating available) and had the problem fixed that day. Completely professional all the way around. I asked several questions about the furnace and its care which they answered. If it breaks again anytime soon I will go to them to have a new one installed!

I was very impressed by the service. First, I was pleasantly surprised that Jesse was able to send someone as quickly as they did. I called at 7:30am and they said someone would be there between 9:30-11. Second, the technician/serviceman (Kevin) showed up right at 9:30 which was awesome. He got right to it and found the problem, which thankfully wasn't anything major. He took care of the issue, was very careful not to make any messes (and cleaned up what little there was), and he made sure everything was working properly before he wrote up any paperwork. He was a personable and pleasant guy. He was happy to apply the $30 coupon that we had from Angie's List. The timing couldn't have been better given how awful cold it got over the weekend. Furnace has been working just fine. We will definitely not hesitate to call Jesse again the next time we need help with our heating/cooling. Well done!

Jessie heating and air came to our house to examine why our furnace did not turn on. The repairman was punctual and figured out the problem quickly. One of the parts was defective and it had to be order it.
They called the next day with a price quote for the part and repair. I agreed to it. She said we would call when the part arrived.
It was about 9 days later I called them to see when the part would arrive, she said it was here (but apprently no on called). I set up a time for repair. I also asked her if they took Discover credit card and she said yes. I specifically said if they didn't I'd have to move money around.
The day came, the repair man was 1-1/2hrs. late (at 4:30 they turn off their phones so i could not get through). I was called shortly afterward 4:30pm to say he was going to be over an hour late. I understand when jobs run late but not getting through on the phone was irritating, and then we had to wait for him and changed our dinner plans.
He came, fixed the problem promptly, seemed knowlegeable and was very polite. Then he told my husband they did not take the Discover card. My husband was very angry and did yell at him, he was polite and nice through the whole incident but it caused us problems and we had to use a card that we did not want to use.
Through all this everyone was polite, and professional but I will never go back to using them nor would i recommend them.

It was a posistive experience from start to finish. They responded quickly when we asked for an estimate for replacing the furnace and AC unit. Within 12 hours after examining our house and existing equipment they submited a detailed estimate that gave us two cost/performance options for each unit being replaced. They also provided us with information regarding effeciency incentives offered by Ameren.
The installation was performed on the agreed date. The whole project was completed in less than a day and Jesse removed the old equipment and all related watse. The installation was clean and the supervisor on the project was able to point out a potential structural problem in our ceiling created by the company that installed the old equipment 24 years ago.
Our contact at Jesse (Tom) never presured us or tried to upsell us...no scare tactics and no pushing for premium features. Tom answered question (mostly on effeciency and reliability) and gave us the facts.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and will certainly call them again for any heating/AC needs.

We have also had Jesse Heating and Cooling install and do regular maintenance on our gas fireplace. Their staff are knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We are completely satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to others.
