a nightmare. Stay away from this guy at all costs. Do NOT trust him. Check the county clerk's office first for judgements against him in more than one catagory.
Description of Work: I hired him for mutliple tasks. He seemed trustworthy at first. But I later found out that he is NOT liscenced, bonded, or insured as his business card stated. He installed wiring that literally fell out of the wall. The dock he built failed within months, the deck was left unfinished. The bedroom walls were left with holes. He never completed doors for which I pre-paid. He installed a light which didn't work and would not fix it. I could go on. It cost me about $3500.00 to just repair what he did and I'm still out over $5000. Be wary if he says that he needs money for materials to get started. Do not give him money in advance. That was my big mistake. he took the money then would not return to complete the work or fix what was damaged. He'll also take materials from you before the work is completed and won't return it. I gave him every chance to make good on the contract. I finally had to take him to court. I won the judgement and he has failed to make the court ordered payments.
