We are impressed. We weren't happy with our former company. We called Illini recycling. We found out they are locally owned. Illini Recycling cost much less than the other waste companies and they offer a recycling container at no extra cost.

When I was calling around trying to price trash removal services after moving to a new home I went with Illini Recycling for a couple reasons. 1) I called ABC initially and the woman I spoke with was so short with me. Her attitude cost them business. When I spoke with someone at Illini Recycling she was polite, friendly, helpful, and patient. 2) While Illini Recycling is a couple dollars a month more than some of the competitors I called, they haul more trash, so it is worth it if you have a large family, lots of trash, etc. Today was our first experience with trash pick up at our new house. We had TONS of large cardboard boxes sitting on the curb from all of the furniture we bought (boxes large enough to fit couches, dining room tables, etc.) We were worried that the trash/recycling may not take them because we had so much stuff at the curb but they hauled it all away. So far, very pleased with this company and their customer service.
