He fixed drain problem, drip problem and diagnosed problem for water company to fix. Very reasonable.

They did an excellent job. Price wasn't cheap, but it was fair. Wish I'd gotten an itemized bill. They gave me an estimate on Tuesday, but couldn't schedule the install until the following Monday. We did have hot water prior to the replacement, but not much/enough and it wasn't leaking... so it wasn't an emergency, just an inconvenience. They also ran into an unexpected space issue, and did not charge me additional for the time (15 min?) it took them to rectify the problem. Were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

Great service. It was initially difficult to get ahold of them, as they are a smaller outfit with no fulltime receptionist. However, they were very punctual once a date and time was set. Both times they arrived 15 minutes early, but didn't mind that I wasn't there until closer to the appointment time. Work was high quality, and affordable.

Replaced 3 outside faucets with new ones.

Our initial call was returned quickly and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. The work was done efficiently, the charge was reasonable and we are very happy with the results. Would definitely use this provider again!

We initially called Rick to repair a leaking faucet. He came when promised and quickly identified the problem. The source of the leak was inside the faucet which meant we had to replace the faucet sooner or later. We chose sooner and Rick came back to install a new faucet and sink. As before he came at the scheduled time. He installed the new faucet and sink quickly and professionally. While he was here he took care of another problem without charging for a second service call. Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received.

We think very highly of him. He also did some plumbing work last year when we redid a bathroom. He had fixed toilets and replaced things. We spent about $200 on that work. He will get back to us within a day of a call and if is an emergency he will call slightly sooner. He will come when he says he is going to and his rates are extremely reasonable. There were times where he has said that we did not need something and only needed certain things and his work has been impeccable. My husband knows to do some plumbing and he thinks very highly of this guy. He was recommended to us by a very picky neighbor.

He did not keep enough supplies in his truck for the most common make of sill c*** which was installed in my house.. He had to return to the shop to obtain enough washers. He then charged me 1/2 of a second call because he did not keep enough supplies in his truck. Also, I thought his charges were quite high.
