We showed up and a very helpful Gallo-Miller employee looked at our car; and then rubbed the scratch out on the spot with some paint thinning substance; it looked brand new. He didn't charge us a dime! Very helpful, professional, and honest! Thank you Gallo-Miller!

My first accident in 20+ years of driving was from a suicidal deer.  I wasn't sure what to expect.  My car was still drivable, so I didn't mind any wait time to get into have it fixed.  They weren't able to repair the hood, and called to let me know it  needed to be replaced (which I figured due to the angle of dent in it)  This did not add any additional time onto the pickup date.  They took care of the insurance and rental car, and I just had to pay my deductible on pick up.  It was way less painless than I thought it would be. 

Getting work done on your car is never fun. Especially when its due to an accident caused by someone else. But these guys make it near painless. Professional staff, incredibly responsive, and seamless work. They work quickly and keep you in the loop the whole way. Its a unique feeling to know that you have someone on your side when you need body work done on your car... I've used Gallo Miller half a dozen times and will never use anyone else.

There was a complication with the insurance claim only wanting to pay for the first phase of repairs (before all the damage had been discovered), but Cory took on the insurance company for us and made sure they covered the repairs. He explained everything to us all along the way. The repairs were complete and timely.

I was very pleased with them and the paint has held up. The price was very reasonable compared to other places I looked at. This place came back with what I needed and it sounded correct. The price was half of the other place and the work looked great. Everything was done in the expected time frame.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. I really thought they did an excellent job. They were quick to do the job, accepted our car to be fixed, and did it in like a week or so time frame. It looked like new when we got it back.
