I contacted Jerry Freeman for an estimate to repair various items in my house. I needed an itemized list to submit to an attorney along with an explanation of what the problem was. Instead, he gave me an estimate that was quite high and did not list how much each repair would cost. When I asked for the itemized estimate, I never heard back. After several calls, I finally got in touch with him and he wanted me to do all of the work -- list the items for him and take pictures, and he would then assess a cost. I felt this was ridiculous when he charged me $150 for the estimate and never provided any work.

I have sent him the $250 that I promised was the most expensive bid that I received.   He sent it back to me and stated No, but No Thanks and that he no longer is willing to charge the $400 now.   He is only Willing to charge the $800+ to the original contractor and is looking into court proceedings.
