He has a degree in architecture. He sat down with us and did the design of the house with us from scratch. Because he built it for us, we did not get charged for the design work. If you could rate him from 1 to 10, I would give him 20. I do not think there is a better builder on the planet and he has the best personality. He is just amazing. Everybody who has ever used him loves him. He treats each home he has built as part of the family, so if something goes wrong five years down the lane he just comes over and fixes it for you without question. He has a really calm personality. Nothing flusters him. I would never build with anybody else. If we move somewhere else I would probably consider finding him.
Description of Work: David L Scheittin Construction built our house and we did a design with him.
