Was not happy that morning to leave for work and to find that my 3-1/2 month old 2013 vehicle would not start. It would not turn over which would be the starter. I called in to have it towed to the dealership. When I got there was greeted professionally by the manager. Was told that they would not get to it until Thursday or Friday since they were booked solid. The manager got me a loaner car. Got a call the next morning saying my vehicle was ready and that it was only a cable for the starter had come loose. Was taken care of by the staff.
