 + -1 moreMy Kirby vacuum cleaner was hit and miss in starting. I called John Byers, and he spent about ten minutes diagnosing the problem over the phone. I followed his recommended adjustments and my vacuum cleaner is purring like new . . . no charge! Amazing knowledge and service!!!

Byers Vacuum Cleaner & Sewing Machine SalesService offers the following services: We service many brands of household vacuum cleaners including all the brands we sell new, plus Hoover, Eureka, Dyson, Bissell, Kirby, FQ, Rainbow, Tri Star, Electrolux, Dirt devil, Royal, some Kenmore, and others. We also service most household sewing machines and some lamps. We give Free Estimates and we don't charge if we are unable to repair your product. We work on a central vacuum it you bring it to us.
We don't make house calls. We don't do Shark vacuums & some other brands that parts are mostly unavailable for. We don't do most big commercial vacuums. We don't repair any carpet extractors (like Bissell Pro heat, Hoover Steamvac, etc). We don't do commercial sewing machines, and on most computerized sewing machines can only do minor repairs like adjusting the tension. Many sewing machines we don't have many parts available, especially European brands, but can adjust tensions, etc.
