The installation process was fine. We had trouble with communication between us and the contractor. He was very hard to get a hold of and get a straight answer from as far as when they were going to start and what their plan was (we had weather delays).  Once the roof was finished (April), he ensured us that we would receive our warranty information by mail and that sometimes it takes awhile during the busy season. In mid-June we had not received anything and no word from the contractor so we became concerned. We attempted to contact the contractor for a couple weeks before we got a response - that it was in their system and it takes awhile.  Another month passes by and I am tired of waiting, so I contact the roofing vendor itself where the warranty is coming from - Atlas Roofing Products.  I sent an email to the regional sales manager first thing in the morning and received a phone call within a couple of hours. By the end of the day I had my warranty information in hand.  Overall, we are happy with the installation and product but not happy with the lack of communication.  We would have preferred to be kept in the loop and updated on the warranty of our roof which we had just dropped a large chunk of change on.

We called/emailed several roofers for estimates.  The other estimates took 1-3 days to get back to us and were more than triple the cost.  Chris offered to come out right away to give an estimate and repair the roof.  He provided quality work at an excellent value, and he provided exceptional customer service working around our small kids' schedules to do the work and pick up a check. 

We were very, very satisfied with them. They did a back porch that was starting to come apart. It just took them 2-3 hours and they were done. They actually came down on the price. They saw that there was less work required and they gave me a rebate. That’s surprising. It was just a small porch. I am going to have them do the whole house next year. He is into roof siding and windows. I will probably have him quote some siding work too. I have a feeling that he has your concerns in mind. It took me a couple of years to get quotes. I live in a remote area in the country. I have had people who come in and never come back. I have had that happen a couple of times. Then, I get other quotes that are twice as high; they are not what they should be. I probably took quotes from 4 companies. I got two replies and one of them was quite high whereas Bosworth was reasonable. I actually told them that I thought they were too low. They worked it out. He seems to be happy and I am happy. Every aspect of what they did was very, very good. They were here when they said they will be, they cleaned up, they got in and got out and there was really no mess. I didn’t have any flat tires as they didn’t leave any nails. They put tarps down over the shrubs and had a magnet that picked up any stray metal. They covered all the details really well. So far it’s only been a few weeks, so no leaks so far. Everything was done on time and when they said it would be done. I am planning to use them next spring.

Everything about the contact, estimate, work completion and billing was excellent.  As noted the work was done in June 2011.  In the Fall 2011 there was a moisture problem that could have been roof related; called Chris, he came out the next day and helped me discover that it was not roof related - very helpful young man.

Very happy with work overall.   Work done in timely manner- despite extreme heat.   Job site left clean.  Went without a hitch.  Chris is a very easy guy to talk to.  I also prefer smaller companies where owners are still involved in the day-to-day work.  He did the work himself with another guy whom he said he has worked with for years.  I have no reason to doubt that.   Very happy overall.

  I would definitely recommend getting an estimate from Chris.  He didn't require a down payment and completed the job in good time and with good results.

I contacted Chris for an estimate and he completed in a timely manner and then met w/ me and went over the estimate in detail and was very professional.  I went w/ Chris's bid, and he completed the roof in a timely manner.  The job was completed in 1 day.  After the 1st rain, the fan vent for the oven leaked, I called Chris and he was out the next morning and replaced the vent and also replace the exhaust vent for the bathrooms just in case, due to being the same type of vent.  I would recommend Bosworth Roofing.

I am very satisfied with Chris's job. They are very professional. They came on time and finished on time. After all these months' observation, i feel it is safe to report.

It went well. After the tearoff started, it was found that there was significant rot and damage due to animals (raccoons, squirrels). A fair amount of build-up work had to be done that wasn't originally expected. To his credit, Chris did the work without extra charge. The roof looks great!

After various missing shingles from storms, etc., and some minor roof leaks, Mr. Bosworth promptly fixed problems and suggested a full roof replacement was needed. After obtaining 3 estimates (Bosworth was the middle price), we agreed to start project when his crew was available. After 2 weeks, work was completed promptly in 2-3 days. Overall experience was professional and completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

After requesting follow up easy work and getting no response...I would not use this person again.
