When we scheduled the first appointment, they called and cancelled. On the second appointment, they just didn't show up.

It was smooth from start to finish. Architectural design work, estimates, phone contact, in person contact, construction, etc. They were the general contractors and contracted out the drywall and electrical and plumbing...they had some great people working with them. We lived in the house during all of the work being done. I would have to say that it could have been a lot more stressful but Gary and Kevin made sure that their crews and the outside contracting crews were very professional and all tools, etc were cleaned up and out of site at the end of each day (with the exception of things that couldn't be...the large tools). It was a great experience. A very professional, personable experience.

I was surprised when they actually showed up on time and quit for the day on time. They didn't dally and rarely had to leave to purchase additional products to finish the project (such as extra wiring). The entire project was timed efficiently. By this I mean that the drywall installation and mudding was finished prior to the time the painters arrived. There wasn't any wasted time. The bid they submitted was concise and to the point. This work was done at three different time periods--only one is shown in the date column.
