My experience with Jodi was fabulous. Jodi was quick to respond to emails and when it was just a quick question, she was ok with me texting her.
Jodi first contacted me and set up an appointment to meet at the office to go through my wants and needs. She was very receptive to things I wanted in a house and asked lots of questions. We then looked at some houses I had found online to get an idea of my taste. We then set up our first day to go house hunting. She compiled a list of potential houses online and we looked through those and selected our favorites.
On the day we were supposed to see houses the first time she called us and told us she had been throwing up all night with a stomach bug. She told us that she would try to stick it out and go show us houses if we wanted. I appreciated the offer but I didn't want to get sick and told her that it was better if we just reschedule. She made time for us the next weekend, even though it was a holiday. Jodi showed us nearly 10 houses in one day. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to look for things she knew would be important to us. She also took my criticism of some of the houses and used that to refine what we were looking for.
One of the houses we saw was listed as a foreclosure. Jodi sent me an email early the next morning after she had done some follow-up on the house and advised us that if we did like it we should make a bid that week. She sent us some comps from the neighborhood and shared that the listing agent had quite a bit of interest in the house. We bid and were pushed into a bidding war. Jodi helped us through the whole thing, since this was our first house. She did not push us to offer more than we were comfortable with. Eventually we did win the bid on the house with a price we were quite comfortable with.
Even after the search process was over and we had signed a contract, Jodi was still willing to take us back to the house upon request. One day we texted her to ask if we could go into it sometime in the next week to take measurements so we could order floors and she volunteered to take us the next day. She was more than helpful and went out of her way to help us, even after she had made the sale.
I will use Jodi again when I am ready to sell this house. I have recommended her more than once and I will do it again.

I have a lot of questions and she is patient and thorough and helps me. It is a bad market and she is very creative with the way she is marketing my home. She is consistent, dedicated, and a hard worker. It was a "no brainer" when I decided to use her to put my home on the market. She is not pushy and listens to what I want, not like a lot of other Realtors I've had. She is an "out of the box" thinker. She knows what I want and need.
