This titling company is the most unprofessional, unprepared, and excuse driven company I have ever worked with. After multiple attempt daily to get documents from them to my lender, they finally provided them after four days - only at the threat of closing being delayed. On the day of close my lender still does not have documents from them and no settlement statement had been delivered to anyone. The response from the company? "We are sorry. We booked too many closings this week and had too many people take vacations, so I really don't know what's going on because I haven't had time to look at it." The level of in-attentiveness over such a transaction is inexcusable and if there was time I would have insisted on another company. If you want your work to be done in a timely manner without delays to close, do NOT use this company.
