Anderson Automotive

I've been going to Jim Anderson for years and he has always taken care of me. As a regular customer, he often can fix my vehicle the same day if he can get the parts. Jim has been in business for about 30 years and pretty much always seems to know what wrong with the vehicle. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with them was very good. They are very responsive. They are a real small shop. They do not really have a waiting room or anything, but we have used them for about five or six years. They are very good. Their prices are on par. They are very fast.

I was referred to them by my friend. I had an issue that they could totally rip me off but they were good about it. They admitted something that they did wrong and paid for it. They treat me real good. It is real small place so I have to schedule out, because there is only a guy and his son and they are not big. I think because of that, the prices are better. They have been great with my friend and me as far as their honesty and they do a good job; my car is running good. The only minus is that they cannot serve me when I need to be served, I have to wait a little while more than other places. They get back to me when they say they will. They are not super professional but they are great.

I've always had an excellent experience with the quality of Anderson's work. Their price is always very competitive, if not the cheapest. I've even had them refund me money on estimates numerous times. For only two people working out of a garage they usually get you done pretty quickly. The only downside to Anderson is that they do not have the amenities of a "modern" garage - there is no waiting area, no transportation, they work pretty standard hours and half day on Saturday, nor will there be donuts or coffee waiting for you. This is two knowledgeable and honest mechanics working out of a garage on your car, and I highly recommend them. Bottom line.
