ROSS FLOWER SHOP

Fantastic! Ross Flowers was the only place that when I went to their web site for flower delivery, I wasn't redirected to FTD or some other web-based service. I called them and they were very helpful over the phone. They guaranteed to me that they would not redirect the purchase or delivery to some other business. I've had that happen in the past with other florists and it generally hasn't worked out well. The price quoted to me over the phone was less than the price shown on their web site, and the arrangement that she described was fancier than the one shown on the web. All great news! And delivery was only $6. On top of all of that, I wanted them delivered between 4 and 5 PM on a Wednesday. I was told that the store closed at noon on Wednesday, but she (the owner) would make a special trip to deliver the flowers for me between 4 and 5 PM anyway. It's so nice to talk to actual people on the phone (not machines), be given a better deal than what I saw on the web, and then have the owner of the business make a special delivery, off-hours, for me. So refreshing! The recipient said that the flowers looked great as well.
