Description of Work: They removed my popcorn ceiling, for which I paid $1600 up front, and another $1600 after the work. They damaged my tub and the shower frame on my door while they were performing the work. They promised to fix the shower frame and my tub, which was also chipped. None of it was ever fixed. I also payed $1500 up front to remodel the kitchen and dining room. The dining room was supposed to take up carpet and put on a hardwood floor. The kitchen had laminate floors that they were going remove. They basically were supposed to remodel the entire kitchen (floors, cabinets, plumbing, electrical etc). Upon completion I gave them the other $1500 to complete the payment of $3000. When they laid down the kitchen floors my tiles were sunk. They had said they'd fix the tiles, but they only fixed the worst looking tiles, and none of the tiles were level. They claimed that my floor joists were not straight. After speaking with other people in that branch they said that there was no way the floor joist was the issue. While installing the upper cabinet on my side wall they said my wall was offset, so they scraped the edge of my new cabinet so they could fit that cabinet against the wall. In the meantime they were doing the dining room floor leaving gaps between the boards, and claimed that the gaps were normal. They were clearly larger than normal though. They also didn't know how to cut the inside edge of the baseboards. The floors breathe when you walk on them, so they are not stable.
