Great team. Responded immediately when contacted by State Farm claims, which was a major relief. As with any project requiring moving of personal items, by several people, it is wise to pay attention. I have no real complaints. Not entirely sure what the Insurance company paid, but would definitely consider hiring them again, or giving them a good referral.

They went above and beyond our expectations. They addressed four concerns and did an outstanding job.

Scott  and everyone that worked with him were fantastic.  They came out right away and worked tirelessly all day that first day getting everything started.  They were out everyday checking on things.  Our "little" water damage took 6 days to dry out and they stayed on top of it, checking on us to see how it was going even though they received more calls for other home disasters while they were working on ours.  Very professional, very knowledgeable.  We felt like we were in very capable hands!

We were very pleased with the speed which this company responded. Once we called, they came out the same day, and immediately began drying the carpet, moved all necessary furniture to accomplish the drying, and performed followup service until everything was completely dry. We didn't have to do anything.

They did a great job.  Went right to work to get it cleaned up quickly.

This was a nightmare they were quick and removed the sewage at a great price.

Scott was our contact and project leader. He worked tirelessly to get the work done on time and to coordinate testing with inspector. He was a real advocate for us.

We had a city water hose break that led into our finished basement. We had a flooded laundry room (including new water heater and new furnace unit); hallway, and two bathrooms.  Our mistake was we did not contact PuroClean immediately.  We tried to clean up the water and pull carpet ourselves. Our insurance agent advised we contact PuroClean for spraying for mole.  PuroClean came immediately upon calling. Paul Reiss and Scott Kaufmann are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions no matter how many times you ask. We took their advise and their team came into our basement and tested the floors and walls for wetness and pulled baseboards, cut out drywall, sprayed anti-microbial agent, and brought in fans and dehumidifiers for drying.  Their team cleaned up and took away all debris. We were impressed with the team's professionlism and how well they cleaned up after themselves, not to mention how fast they accomplished the project; the team is very hard working individuals.  As we said previously had we called them immediately it would have saved us work.  We highly recommend PuroClean and glad we trusted them to do the job.

HOUSE #1 (my residence):    I had a flood in the basement while I was away.   Returning, I found 2" of water over its carpet.  I phoned PuroClean first thing in the morning and they came quickly.  Their response was phenominal.  They brought in a HUGE dryer and NUMEROUS fans to dry the carpet.  Within just a few days my basement was again dry. 
HOUSE #2:   I had purchased a home for remodeling and had not been to the home for about 3 weeks.  I had basically the same water problem as at my home but far worse.  When I opened the door to the home, I stepped onto 2 watered carpets and floors.  The den walls were saturated 4' high from the floor.  The kitchen cabinets were wet and warping.  I immediately phoned PuroClean.  They arrived within hours. 
These guys are amazing in their quick response time and their ability to get the fans and heaters in and working almost immediately.  Have a water problem? - these are the only guys to call!!
Again, I was fortunate in that this home was also insured against such flooding damage.

They are wonderful. I had a flood in my basement. They came in with about 30 dryers and dried the whole basement out. They also did the rug. It was a decent price and they didn’t raise it at all. About 3 weeks ago I also had a flood in another home. They came out and helped with everything from with the insurance agency to the actual work. They did an excellent job again.
