Steve was very quick to respond to my request for a free estimate. What was impressive is that he did a video as he climbed the ladder walked upon the roof and inspected the chimney chase. In this video he described the areas of concern and the possibility of future problems that may occur if we didn't repair/replace the chimney chase. I never felt pushed to make a decision but I did feel informed well with honesty.
The decision was made to replace the chimney chase and was completed within the week since the assembly had to ordered.
Steve gave good feedback and returned phone calls promptly. I will not hesitate to use Steve in the future.

right out, gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate and the next
morning they came right out and fixed everything. They did a superb job
