Steve Bovinett showed up and tried to sell and pressure us into doing roof repairs due to "hail damage", When we refused and asked him to please just quote what we called about, he became agitated and abruptly said he was not interested and drove away. Highly unprofessional

Steve was very quick to respond to my request for a free estimate. What was impressive is that he did a video as he climbed the ladder walked upon the roof and inspected the chimney chase. In this video he described the areas of concern and the possibility of future problems that may occur if we didn't repair/replace the chimney chase. I never felt pushed to make a decision but I did feel informed well with honesty. The decision was made to replace the chimney chase and was completed within the week since the assembly had to ordered. Steve gave good feedback and returned phone calls promptly. I will not hesitate to use Steve in the future.

Everything went great. I've had no problems with the gutter guards since.

I called Tom at Quick Fix Handyman and he said he didn't have a ladder that would go high enough to fix my guttering so he suggested Kanga Roof in Caseyville to help. Steve from Kanga called right away and came right out, gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate and the next morning they came right out and fixed everything. They did a superb job and were very professional. I am very very happy and highly recommend!!

I thought Accredited Roofing did an outstanding job. They came back on two or three different occasions and inspected the roof to make sure it was done to the owner's approval.

I called Accredited Roofing and scheduled an appointment with them to provide an estimate for replacing my roof and gutters. The appointment was scheduled for 2 PM on Saturday 4/2 - they never showed up and never called.

the proposal this company submitted was better than most. Had problems keeping in touch, by not returning my phone calls made this a simple option for me. They did return calls after a few weeks had passed explaining that several management changes caused delays.

Overall not a good experience. The gutters are not sloped properly and hold water. I didn't find this out until a storm occured after the job was completed. My shingles were also damaged when hanging the gutters. Overall would not recommend.

They came on time. I didn't get a lot of information from them. They were polite when they arrived. However, the lack of information was a little bothersome. I really wanted to know what state my roof was in. The reason that I didn't proceed with them was because my handyman told me that they had been doing work using other company's licenses, which is quite illegal.

Other than a few bumps from the weather, things went very quickly. I was expecting to be waiting in line a few months, but it was done from estimate to finish in about two weeks. Once onsite, the job itself was done in a day. This was my first time as a homeowner replacing a roof. These guys did a great job!

They were very professional. A hands on owner. They did excellent work and were cheaper than competitors. We did not have to pay until the work was done and we were satisfied.

They were right on time and got to work and worked hard. They were absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend them. The roof looks very nice and I do not have any complaints about the work or the crew.

THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE WITH A HALF HOUR WINDOW. TWENTY MINUTES AFTER THE WINDOW EXPIRED AND NO ONE SHOWED I CALLED THEIR OFFICE. APPARENTLY THE ESTIMATOR WAS HELD UP AT A PREVIOUS JOB, BUT DIDN'T CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW FOR WHATEVER REASON; SUFFICE TO SAY, THEY WERE NOT COMING THAT EVENING. I COULDN'T GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER THREE DAYS. WHEN THE ESTIMATOR ARRIVED HE SAID HIS COMPANY DIDN'T HAVE THAT KIND OF SIDING, DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT, AND THAT NO ONE HAD TOLD HIM. ERGO, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AND COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME ON THE SECOND. THIS IS NOT THE KIND OF COMPANY I WOULD HIRE.
