The landscaping we had done was beautiful. We were told that there was a one year guarantee on the plants. This spring we saw that the back half our Japanese Maple was dead. My husband sent him a picture with an email and had also left him a message. I have called several times and have never heard back from him. Their only business number in print is Kyle’s cell phone. He NEVER returned any calls. Although the landscaping was beautiful I would never use them again due to their poor customer service.

I would hire them again. It was amazing to see the transformation of what was there to now having a space i can actually use. Thank you Kyle and your crew.

I'm dealing with dead grass even tho I watered per instructions, applied weed and insect treatments. I'm basically being accuse by Kyle (owner) that I must not have followed the directions. The fact of the matter is that my old lawn was NOT properly prepared by Kyle/his employees before installing the sod. According to his proposal, he was to install NEW top soil. Instead he unilaterally decided to use the OLD topsoil from my parkway - and area that was clearly damaged by weeds and/or insects. After doing a little more research on how to PROFESSIONALLY install sod, starter fertilize should've been incorporated into the soil, 2-3 inches deep. There is no way that this happened to my lawn as I'm discovering now. In the process of adding new topsoil and incorporating it in to my lawn, I'm finding old roots from trees or bushes that must've been in the soil for many years before I owned my home. If Kyle/his employees actually done this - or at the very least, tilled my lawn to break up the soil - these roots would've been chopped up and I wouldn't have had to deal with them myself. After a few emails back and forth, Kyle offered a $25 refund - off at $1600 bill. Seriously? Plain insulting. I asked for a fair refund and now Kyle has decided to ignore my request. I'll be spending the next week or so posting my opinions where ever I can.

Bad. This company has no clue of what customer service is. Almost Every week they would fail to do what we contracted for. When l brought it to their attention, all they did was make excuses. The last straw was when I was told that their small mower was broken and their big 52" mower wouldn't fit through my gate. When I told them that my gate was 60", I received no reply. They finally broke the contract. I'm so glad they did. I now have a lawn service who puts the customer first.

Kyle is very pleasant to work with and his team took extreme care not to damage the existing landscaping or the house. The work was done in a timely fashion and Kyle kept me well informed on the progress and sent photos and questions regarding the progress via text message.  I would definitely contract Whitetail Landscaping for my next landscaping project which will be an extension to my existing patio  

Kyle and his team at Whitetail Landscapes were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, easy-going, and accommodating group of people to make our design come to life. From our first conversation to the last day of install, there was a constant and open line of communication. Kyle even planned the landscape schedule around the install of our landscape lighting to perfectly coincide. We had a very specific layout in mind and Kyle did everything in his power to make that a reality. 

The complete job included:
- old landscape removal including large shrubs, mulch and volcanic rock
- dig trench and install new drainage
- replace mulch with several cubic yards of crushed slate (it was a big job)
- create new pathway to front door
- add new boxwood, karl forester, blue fescue, tufted hair grass, and karex
- dig approximately 100 square feet 10 -12 inches deep to lay new patio
- install in-ground fire pit
- install all new steel and aluminum edging

We ran into a few bumps here and there, but they were resolved quickly and collaboratively with a few brainstorming sessions! 

In short, we had a wonderful experience with Whitetail Landscapes and would highly recommend Kyle and his team to anyone seeking a landscape professional.

I had a previous lawn service that I was not happy with. The previous company was not taking care of the lawn like they said they would and the property would always be a mess when they had left. I am so glad I switched to White Tail and I could not be happier. The lawn has improved tremendously! They really do a great job and the property looks great. I would highly recommend White Tail for any of your landscaping needs. They are a real professional company that go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

My initial business with Whitetail Landscapes was simple cut and trim. I have since increased my business to full property landscape maintenance including multiple tree removal and install. This year we included our investment in a new patio installation. Whitetail has shown only the highest level of professionalism. Fair priced, honest, on time, and with lasting beautiful results. Kyle and Jordan are fantastic to work with, they always were in good communication with my husband and myself and they did great work! We highly recommend them!
