Charlie and Dave arrived at 9 AM and the installation was completed by noon. They were very conscientious. Charlie even washed the basement floor in the heater area. I am very pleased with the job. Recently my son had your company replace a furnace and air conditioning in his large home. He referred you to me and I am glad he did.

My furnace went down for the third time after having a different company work on it. A friend recommended O'Leary's, so I called them first thing yesterday morning. Judy at the office was so kind to me and scheduled a service call for me right away.
Vince O'Leary came out that afternoon. Turns out the previous company had put the wrong voltage motor in my furnace, not once but twice. It took Vince just minutes to see what they had done. It's an older furnace, so he had to order the motor. He drove out to pick it up from the supplier instead of waiting for it to be shipped, and installed it this morning! With wind chills below zero, I cannot tell you how I grateful I was to see him.
The furnace runs better than ever and the price was MORE than reasonable. I spent a lot more with the other company and still had no heat! He gave me a one year warranty as well! I will never use another company, and intend to call them in the near future when I'm ready to upgrade my furnace and a/c. I highly recommend O'Leary Sheet Metal and Heating!!!!!!

We are incredibly glad that we took Vince's advice, especially with the extreme cold of this past winter! When Vince and his two guys came in to do the work, they were incredibly professional, personable, timely, and kept us informed throughout the whole process of what was going on (The process took a chunk of the morning and they told us the time frame could change based on the actual state of our ducts when we set up the service).
The Aeroseal process is meant to find all the small holes in your ducts and then seal them up to prevent leakage by working from the inside, so they had to access all the returns and vents in the house. They also had to bring in a fair amount of equipment, but they covered everything up so I had no cleaning to do afterwards. The material used did smell (well, I thought it did but I was pregnant at the time - my mother who was over did not think it smelled) so all the windows were open for my sake.
Things were going very well for the first part of the process, but then I asked how it was going and they were honest with me about the fact that some problems had come up and they were trying to figure out what they were. It turned out that the process had been going relatively well until they discovered that the process was not sealing as well as it should. It turned out that I had some larger holes that needed to be addressed - they were preventing the complete sealing of the ducts since the Aeroseal process only works on holes up to a certain size. Next thing I knew, the gentlemen were sealing the larger holes in my duct work too! It was great attention to detail and customer service!
The Aeroseal process was a great investment too! Our heating bills were lower than those of friends that have similar sized houses AND none of the rooms are really drafty anymore! I would highly recommend O'Leary Sheet Metal and Heating!

We've used him a few times. They've even come on the weekend for follow up on an issue. They are very prompt. They are a 3rd generation company. They reasonable priced.

Overall one of the best experiences, from my initial contact with the scheduler. I explained how I needed a Saturday appointment, and most places will charge you 150% their normal rate, but because it was not an emergency, they charged their normal rate. My advice:

I had the owner Vince out to upgrade my heating and air conditioning system. He was very helpful in explaining what would be the best system for my home. The installers that came out were very professional and showed me how to use the system properly. Thanks to the VM O'leary team for a great job.

The serviceman was very personable, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They came in on time, did their work and explained how to maintain my A/C in the future. As I woman, I regularly am spoken down to by service men, and this gentleman was not that way at all. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend the company.
