They are excellent, the pricing was reasonable and I've been using them for 25 years now.

Were timely and informative on the install. The pump combo was an AC/DC back-up that provides more protection than a battery only pump.

They came out immediately, which was awesome as it was pouring down rain!  They are fantastic!  I have used them before and they are always on time and do a great job.  I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Serviced humidifier on furnace.

Sherman Mechanical was wonderful. They brought their own generators and everything. I think they would have brought lunch and/or dinner if I asked them!

A good experience on a furnace replacement. The salesman was quick with no hard-sell tactics. The quote was fair and the installation work was very professional. Additional gas line work was completed at no additional charge. We highly recommend Sherman Mechanical.

They are acceptable with 75% of events. Their prices are also higher than most, and i was not happy with the last job they have done for me.

They are very punctual, they know what they are doing and are very easy to work with. They price is reasonable, they are very timely and do quality work.

The compressor kept stalling on our air conditioner, they came out and did some adjustments and suggested new breakers. Whatever they did, they fixed the problem without switching the breakers. They have always been very good.

They saved me a lot of money and problems. They are very efficient and punctual. They are obviously experts in their practice. Their prices were average, but certainly for what they did and what I was willing to spend they were excellent.

I am an engineer so I had pretty good idea what was wrong but not the tools or parts needed to perform the work. The I called the 24-hour repair number Saturday morning around 6:30AM and left a message. They returned my call by about 7:00AM and had a repairman at my house by 9:30AM. The repairman listened to my description of the problem and confirmed my diagnosis of the problem. He had all he needed to change the valve on his truck and I had heat again by about 2:00PM. The repairman worked diligently and did not take a break for lunch or otherwise extend his time.

They replaced the plumbing line and moved to a better place. They always do a great job and I will use them again.

They do good work but I feel they maybe a little pricey. They are always willing to get the work done right the first time. They are always pleasant when they are out. I would definitely recommend them others.

They're very reliable about coming out, whatever the time is. I have used them for about 14 years.

I was told that the technician would arrive between 1000 and 1200. When 1230 came and no one had arrived I called another company to schedule an immediate appointment. At 1245 the dispatcher from Sherman Mechanical called me and told me that the technician was on his way. When I asked what had happened to the 1000-1200 time I was given earlier she apologized and said someone should have called me. Even though the company is 5-10 minutes from my home I was charged the minimum 30 minutes travel time that Sherman charges. I was then also charged for 15 minutes of labor (they charge in quarter hour increments). The total job cost me $86 for five minutes of work and ten minutes of travel time. I would not recommend Sherman Mechanical and I will not use them again.

I've been using Sherman Mechanical for years for maintenance. I always ask for Brett and he gives good service.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN POLITE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY SEEM TO GO OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOR EXAMPLE, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OFFICE THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT LETTING ME KNOW THE SERVICEMAN WAS ON HIS WAY. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE SPECIFIC AIR FILTER I NEEDED, SO THE TECHNICIAN WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE AND CAME BACK THE SAME DAY TO INSTALL IT. LEFT MY HOUSE WITH NO MESSES.
