Great experience. Inspection report called out damage and possible mold in sub flooring. Joe and Austin arrived on time and worked efficiently. Excellent outcome. These guys know their stuff. Would recommend for sure.

If you have water damage in your brand new basement, what are the absolute best words to hear?? I'M ON MY WAY! And that's just what I heard when I called Joe and his team. Within minutes they were at my doorstep, had tested the basement area for water and the problem was solved!! These people are the best at what they do and I am SO happy I called them. They were so knowledgable from the moment they walked in the door. Joe and his team tested the basement for water and sure enough they found a lot. Within minutes a dehumidifier was put in place and the problem was taken care of! Will definitely call again and would 100% recommend them to anyone. That was the most positive experience I have ever had for a situation that could have been not so positive.

The work was excellent, thorough and they are very professional. The restoration went above and beyond expectations and their perfectionist with their work. Joe is highly knowledgeable due to restoration. Everything that needs to be done to restore, he is very knowledgeable to turn it to it's original state. Everything that needs to be complete is done thoroughly and to code. They are the best restoration company in Illinois.

Restoration 1 of Cary was amazing! They were responsive and fixed our mold problem so we could put our house on the market. They were professional and efficient.

Very prompt and professional service. Since we needed immediate service, we did not seek quotes, so we are aware that pricing varies per job and not familiar with pricing for services but felt it was fair. Joe continued to follow up with us to make sure we were happy with service and that everything looked well after our handyman dry walled.
