Bret and his team at LaRoc Builders did an exceptional job with a build out of a small retail space I rent. Bret gives a very fair price and it comes with great knowledge, problem solving skills and friendliness, He and his team worked efficiently and accurately and did everything that I asked them to do. Everything was measured accurately and properly installed. My counters look great! They completed the project quickly and did a quality job. . He also showed up when he said he would, everytime! They cleaned up after themselves. I have hired other builders who leave a big mess and expect you to clean it! I was extremely happy and would refer LaRoc and use them again. Bret was extremely conscientious, honest and helpful. We had major water damage done to our home after a hail/rain storm hit the house while the roof was being replaced. He worked very well with the insurance company and his crew did high quality work. For as bad as the situation was, Bret made it as pain free as possible. He diligently stayed on budget and made a number of improvements over the pre-storm condition of the house. I highly recommend Bret for any work needed on a home.

Bret dealt with the sub contractors in a levelheaded manner. If my wife and I had questions, he answered them in a timely fashion. It has been over a year since the project was completed on time. I met with the owner of the company to go over my blueprint. Two weeks later, I received his bid proposal and was very impressed with it. Proposal included all subcontractor quotes. Owner provided me with detailed list of cost and we came to an agreement on the price for generalizing the project. We set down a schedule and stuck to that schedule. There were a few weather delays and one small delay due to the lumber supplier, but the project was completed in 120 days! Over all the job went VERY smoothly! My wife and I could not have been happier with our new home!
