Eric responded to my request for a proposal quickly and answered all my questions fully.  He supplied the liability insurance information I requested for all who worked on the decks.  He gave me a date range of a certain week and he started and completed that week.  He was truthful regarding how long it would be before the work could be done and he was able to complete on time, even though we have had quite a bit of rain.  All the workmen were courteous and professional.  Everything was kept clean and organized during and after the job.  I am very happy with the quality of the work, Eric the owner and his associates.  The price was very fair.  Eric gave me the receipts for the stain and payment was requested and made when the job was completed. 

I would definitely recommend HPO Painting and will request their work again.  What a pleasure to work with an honest, straight forward contractor.  Especially since I had a hard time finding him. I had a bad experience with the first company I hired and interviewed several others before finding HPO.

HPO did such a great job with the living room that we had him come back to do the master bedroom and bathroom.  We had several cracks in the drywall including a very large one.  When HPO was done with the walls they were flawless.  HPO was helpful in picking out colors, they were timely, efficient and very professional.  From now on, HPO will be our "go to" painters!

Excellent!   Eric did a complete walk through with me in order to provide me with an accurate estimate, completed the work in 2 weeks with regular updates on the progress of the project and a full walk through at completion to ensure the work was done as expected.  Eric really takes pride and care in his work and I would recommend him to anyone!

Finished product was excellent.  Eric had to do a lot of patching to repair 30 year old drywall.  Finished walls look like new drywall.  He also re-stained 30 year old trim, that was really hacked up.  Looks like new now.  He moved a lot of furniture around so as to minimize the impact to us.  Very pleased with the final job.

Overall I am pleased with the work.  I was told they could finish by August and they did not complete the work until the end of September.  There was some bad weather, but not enough to warrant that kind of delay.  I suspect, since I was a small job, they used me for filler work.  But the job got done eventually and I am happy with the results.

"This job wasn't "filler work", it was put on the schedule as all others. As I recall our initial conversation, I hoped that we could start the work by the end of August but said that it could be the middle of September as well. We started the work by the third week of September, missing my projection by a week."

Working with Eric from HPO painting was a great experience.  He was quick to come out and provide a very competitive estimate for us.  We had just purchased the house and were trying to get all of the construction related pre-work completed before we moved in- including painting.  The team members that Eric brought in to do the job were very friendly and trustworthy (as they had full access to the house at all times).  They were very prompt starting each morning and most importantly, they were very meticulous in the quality of their work.  Much of the time, Eric himself worked side by side with a brush or roller in hand working late hours as needed.  There was never a mess and each night they cleaned up and organized their materials into a small corner.  I couldn't recommend this company more!  Give them a call, you will be happy that you did.

Overall, HPO did a good job. The repairs were done well and the staining looks great. The weather was a challenge at times for them to get started in the morning but the crew stayed as long a possible to get the work done. There were a few places where they got stain on the windows and doors but they cleaned them up without a problem. The price was very good and I would definitely use HPO again.

   I have to say that the guy from HPO Painting really seemed
   to take pride in a job well done.  We have a lot of high windows
   and moldings to paint around (20 in all, some curved and angled).
   It took a real pro to do this job right.  I could not find even the tiniest
   paint trickle anywhere.  We're very pleased.  I bought the most expensive
   premium paint and got the best painting job possible at a great price.

Everything went great! HPO Painting painted my 2-story foyer, including a ledge above the front entrance, which made it much more difficult to reach the rest of the wall above the door, including the vaulted ceiling.  I was concerned about how they were going to paint my foyer as my entrance is really high. It wasn't a problem at all for them. They also painted my long hallway, dining room and bedroom.  I was very pleased with everything they did and highly recommend them.  I've used HPO Painting in the past & since they did such a good job, I decided to let them tackle the foyer and I'm glad I did.  They were professional, courteous & did what was agreed upon for a great price.  I'm looking forward to using them again for my next project (my master bedroom is long overdue which also has 2-story vaulted ceilings with two more ledges!)
