This young man was awesome. He busted a**. Felt the Agency didn't pay him what he was worth,so I did.

Louis was good to his word, on time and did a great job. We were very happy with the work and look forward to seeing Louis in the spring.

He agreed to pick up the clippings & threw them in my landscaped beds, requiring me to pick them all out in the spring. He said he would come back for three times & never showed the last time. Very disappointing!

Does a wonderful job taking care of our lawn!

Nice guy, came out to discuss few days before. Arrived on time day of clean up. Didn’t seem to understand what spring clean up was, blew out leaves and ran mower over lawn. Most of my mulch was left in yard, I then had to show him how to rake......he then ask me to follow him with my rake to finish.....really? I hired him......he then walked off job saying I didn’t need to pay him. I tried to stop him twice to give a partial payment. But he kept going. Again a nice guy. Just needs to learn what spring clean up is

Luis Alvarez provided us with excellent service he did everything that was required and much Beyond he did it all of the Landscaping that we wanted to get done and the cleanup even so far as doing a very good job at the the Hedge area so we liked it a lot recommend him to anyone hands down While not conversational his work does the talking for him. He does his work diligently and his value for money is exceptional

Aside from the fact that he first quoted us $100 to do a fall cleanup - which we declined. he then phoned us again and quoted $50 which we considered high but reasonable (we had already had one fall cleanup), he did an excellent job.

I used to work for the Chicago Botanic Gardens for 8 years! I'm a landscaper, just don't cut grass, did a great job! Thanks, Doc Out!

We moved into a house and the yard had been neglected all summer (an acre). Some companies refused the job. Mr. Alvarez made a point to fit us into his schedule before we had planned a party. Two mowers cut the grass three times. Then they blew the grass off the street and bushes. They mowed again with with a bag attached to collect all the grass. Two men worked nonstop for 2 1/2 hours and the yard looked beautiful. We were so happy to have this done so well.

Don't ask him to anything other than cut the grass. He says ok to do bush trimming, and does do it.

I have used Luis and his team in the past and their work is excellent, both in the past and now. I did get a number of quotes for the fall clean up and chose Luis for competitive pricing and past quality of work. Highly recommend!!
