As a result of their inspection, recommended over $2500 in required repairs just to get the units operational. Both unit were operating fin eat the end of last season and had been inspected annually by others with no issues other than some Freon occasionally. Ultimately recommended re-engineering and replacing the units. Additionally the serviceman told my wife that our water heaters were not installed properly, furnace areas were not properly vented, etc., etc. These people operate as fear mongers, trying to scare you into absurd repairs. Ultimately we had another company come in for assessment. The net result $350 and everything is working perfect. We live in a nice home, in a nice neighborhood. I really take offense to companies like this that assume you have money to burn. Beware of this company!

I have tried at least 4 different HVAC services over the last 5 years, either at my home or business. All were a disappointment in one way or another. I decided to try Bella as they were recommended on Angie's list and they were local. I am very happy I called them. Dan our service tech was great. He showed up when he said and he even called 15 min. before arriving. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Best of all he took his time and was very thorough, which I rarely experience. He was here to fix our furnace and humidifier but he also took a look at our AC unit for no extra charge as it has been making a horrible noise for years. He diagnosed the problem immediately, something the prior services were unable to do. When all was said and done I was surprised to see such a low bill, I expected to pay a lot more for this level of service. I was so impressed, I prepaid for a full year of future cleanings and inspections. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

They were good. The only down side was it was hard to get contact with them after it was performed. I had to call and leave a few messages to get them to call me back. They were fine. They sent me a video of the process that I could keep so that was nice. It was a big deal purchase. I did not spend any more than that.

Took over 6 hours on New Years Eve after they kept telling me it would just be a little longer each time I asked.  Also literally told me that he didn't want to be there fixing my furnace.  He would rather be at home with his family.

My technician Mike was very professional, thorough, and explained everything.  As an engineer, I could tell that he really knew his stuff, yet he was explaining things so that anyone could understand.  Not easy to do, and Mike was great.  He also explained the specifications of my system, the risks involved with a 14 year old furnace, things for me to consider, and scheduled another visit to go through all of my options, including a free engineering analysis of my heating and cooling requirements.

1 man for 2 full days did a h*** of a job. I believe Jeff was his name.Everything went great. The company gave a wide variety of options with different levels of pricing. Both the AC and heating work fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic.  Cleared out an electric junction box that was stopping current from flowing outside to the AC unit.  Did this free of charge, which was phenomenal. These guys are the best.  I would recommend them for everything relating to HVAC.

They were responsive and efficient on the phone and booking the appointment.  Gave me a two hour window for the appointment and were on time.  They were very thorough with the furnace tuneup and safety check.  We have two furnaces both about 15 years old.  They explained potential problems and gave recommendations but were not too pushy about trying to sell me services and/or equipment.  I will use them again.

I did like their expedient action time, their concise estimating process, and their efficient installation.  On recommending them to others I would say that they are honest and friendly. Overall they were good.  As for punctuality they told me that they would be here anytime from 1 to 3 and they were here at 12:55.  I will use them again.

I called Bella to use as a third and final estimate.  I chose them because they were a local company that offered Trane products.  I had received quotes on a variety of brands (Carrier, Hiel, Lennox) but I wanted to find out what it would cost to get a Trane unit to match my existing furnace system. I was very surprised that they were able to come out the same day for an estimate. Mike really knew his stuff and gave me a quote (on the spot!) that was several hundred dollars less than the other two bids I had received. He also offered me a free year of maintenance on both my furnace and AC if I would approve the work to start the next morning. The installer showed up the next day, a little late, but I was called ahead of time. He was very polite and spent most of the next 5 hours working in a very tight area. When the work was done, he cleaned up like he was never even there and my blower duct work looks better than it ever has. Mike came back the next day to ensure that everything was working properly and settle payment.  He also made sure that I understood how to register my unit and answered all questions which I had. The final cost was no more than the estimate. Ultimately, making the call to Bella allowed me to replace my AC for hundreds less and now the entire process is done and over just 3 days later. I could not be happier with this experience, I would recommend Bella to anyone, especially if they are looking for a Trane unit.
