Brian was spectacular in the appraisal work he performed. He has a complete command of real estate issues, he was punctual, he took time to sit down and discuss my situation and issues, and he was very thorough and efficient. Brian was able to complete his report in several days, and the report was superbly comprehensive and very fair. Brian went through every detail of my property and comparable properties. His report was A+ and looked and read easily and professionally. Brian performed a first rate appraisal from beginning to end. Brian arrived at my home on time for the appointment. He evaluated my home via walk through within 30 minutes as promised. I had a lot of questions about the appraisal. He took the time to answer all my questions. He also offered to go before the county for me for tax reduction for an additional fee. I declined the additional service and my report was emailed to me within 48 hours. I was able to use his professional appraisal to take before the county to reduce my property taxes.
