Worst experience ever. Took 2 years to complete 1/2 the work. Couldn't get company to finish even though they were pre paid. Had a quote after and was told most of the original work wasn't even fully completed or covered up. DON'T HIRE. Do your own leg work, or find an honest company.

Chris was recommended to my by the Animal Control specialist who trapped a raccoon on my roof, and told me I had extensive chimney damage. He came to home the next day for the estimate, then negotiated with my insurance company directly to agree upon a price. He performed the work basically the next day, and was extremely thorough and responsive. The price seemed very high to me (initial estimate $12,000, and final price $10,000), but my insurance covered all but my deductible.

the estimate and that I wasn't even supposed to see the detailed estimate.In addition to this, I told him that I wasn't sure the smell was completely gone, but I was willing to give it time to make sure.the owner didn't want to hear any of this.I also mentioned that his crew scuffed up our fan in the process of doing the job, but, again, the owner didn't want to hear any of it. He said that he had already spent too much time on the this job and he wasn't doing any more. I thought that was very unprofessional.At the end of the day, the owner did take some money off, but he wasn't willing to go through the estimate to come up with a fair dollar number. I wanted to pay the full amount for the services provided, but not a penny more.The process was very stressful, and I think, in the end, the owner has to comply with what his workers promise to customers. The customer is not going to feel satisfied with an answer, ''My workers shouldn't have told you that or promised you that.''
