About an hour after they were scheduled, three angry Slavic women appeared. They brought their own equipment and supplies. They quickly breezed through the house, performing perfunctory cleaning tasks but not addressing any major stains. Although I pointed out the guest room as an area that needed cleaning, they cleaned the master bedroom instead and later claimed the guest room had never been mentioned. After some arguing with the one who spoke English, and some arguing between them, they stomped upstairs to do a particularly mediocre job on the guest room, which I then had to redo after they left.
