It went very well. I called him one evening and he replaced it the following day. He does a great job and if something is not right, he will make sure he makes it right.

He and his assistant were very professional, got the job done in a timely manner. Also said if there were any issues whatsoever to contact him and he would fix it straight away. Going to have him work on lights and some electrical issues in the house. Will definitely recommend him. Despite him being 45 mins away, he was able to work us in. He actually called and had an opening the very next day due to someone canceling, but we had not picked out our faucet yet or else it would have been done next day. Thank you again, Ricky.
