The owner was my salesman and very helpful - even remembered me. The glider she showed me was exactly what I was looking for - and it was on sale! Since I bought there in the past, I also received a preferred customer discount in addition to the sale price. When same-day delivery was delayed because it was unexpectedly necessary to remove a door to make the delivery before mine, I received a call and the chair arrived right on time the next morning. I definitely recommend Heckel's Furniture and will return for any future purchases.
